Prior to her tenure at Smartsheet, Tee worked for two decades at Microsoft, focusing on Windows technologies. She also held the position of vice president of commerce technology at Nordstrom and was executive director of Seattle’s Ada Developers Academy, aimed at training underrepresented individuals in tech.
In other news, Overland AI, a Seattle startup specializing in autonomous military vehicles, appointed Mark Dewyea as its head of legal. Dewyea brings a wealth of experience from his previous role at Shield AI and his service as a judge advocate in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Additionally, Jessica Roberto has been named the Knowledge Economy Lead at the Washington State Department of Commerce, transitioning from her prior position at the University of Washington’s Buerk Center for Entrepreneurship.
